Our compensation model
As a Startups.camp mentor, you are rewarded the same way we are. Your reward is proportional to the revenue created by the batch and to the number of hours spent coaching our startups.
The compensation model is simple. ⅔ of the revenue (cash + equity) goes to the company you are a shareholder in with the other mentors. The rest is paid to Startups.camp.
At the end of the year, you will get your reward from the company in the form of dividends or billings.

What we expect from our mentors ?
25h of coaching during the program. We arrange and validate coaching appointments in advance to save you time.
Add the Startups.camp mentor position on your LinkedIn profile and publish 4 posts each year to help us recruit new startups.
Help us produce the best content by doing an interview or a podcast if needed for our startups and community.
